A failed render costs no allowance or credit.
Only successful MP4 renders count towards the included allowance or use a prepaid render credit.

Finished MP4 videos and photo packages are delivered by secure email download links with access codes. Hosted downloads expire after 30 days. Download them before expiry; local adventures remain on your device.
